Yesterday I took her out and found out she was kinda hard to start, but when I went to get on her, it sounded like it had a bad miss to it, ran REAL sluggish and would hardly even move, also there was a real strong odor of gas when you go to givec it some gas. Now, when I pull the plugs, I notice that there was a black sooty substance on them, could this be from the carb runnin too rich.
When I went back up to the marina to take a look at her, she wont even start now....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
