3 blade or 4 blade???

I have a 89 wellcraft cuddy cabin 23' with a 3 blade prop with a 19 pitch. if i order a 4 how will it help me or will it? and do i get the same pitch in a 4 blade.

There are several things to consider before an accurate answer could be given.

1. What are u trying to achieve by switching props. (better cruising speed, higher top end, or quicker planing).

2. What is your current RPM's at wide open throttle (WOT) all trimmed out, and what is the maximum RPM's or max range of RPM's for your current motor.

3. Is your current 3 blade aluminum or stainless.
