i completely agree with you Jim.. $120/hr is the typical labor rate in my area.. this past summer I had my motor serviced and decided to wait for it at the marina. Sure enough they had the "summer help" doing the work on my $15k motor. They turned a simple hour service into almost 3 hrs labor which I had to pay. Call me crazy but if i'm going to fork over $120.00 per hour, i want an experienced tech doing the job. time to learn to do my own maintenance, especially after warranty expires
