300 sc deck leak

I have water leaking into the cabin from the top deck. Not sure where it is coming from but the headliner and vberth cushion is wet after it rains or when I wash the boat. I was going to reseal the hatches and bow cushion fastners with silicone but wanted to see if anyone had this problem. The kids are always jumping around on the deck and there are some stress cracks in the gelcoat along the bow rails. Also wondering if maybe the windshield seal is leaking.

My boat is a little older a 1990 Prestancia. My deck was leaking at the Hatches. I thought at first to just reseal the hatches with some new weather stripping/foam. It ended up being the actually glass in the hatch was lifting around the seal. I took some clear silicone and put a bead around the inside of the glass where it seats in the frame and it fixed my problem. Had to do it to all 3 hatches.
