30hp yamaha 3 cylinder..how to split the block..

hi i have a 30hp yamaha pressision blend and the bottom cylinder has given up,its loose from the con rod.
what must i do to get it out to change it,there is a minor ridge in the sleeve,is that a problem.
i do not know why this happend ,so all info is appriciated.

Sounds like you are in need of a service manual for your motor and read up.
It will likely take a complete tear down to get it done.
could be the crank is shot and maybe even the block as you have not given much info we cannot tell.
Did the rod break?
did the crank or wrist pin bearing come apart?
Did the loose pieces damage any other parts while it was slinging around free from piston?
