35 Hp Lark Evinrude

A friend just gave me a 35 Hp Lark. It was set up for mid-ship steering,throttle and shifting. It has electric start. Can it be fitted for hand throttle and steering ?

It can be converted to a manual steer, if you can find all of the manual tiller parts for it.

I believe I have located every thing but the throttle arm. The one on the unit was broken. By the way my Lark is Model # 35516_Serial #02604.

If you're willing to pay the money, they are available. Go to twin cities outboard website. Or post a "wanted" ad on the classified section of aomci.org.
