350 to 305 OMC Head Swap

is it ok to swap out 350 heads with a 305 head? I know it will bump up the comp a point but will this cause any issues?

Besides the compression being too high the valves are smaller on the 305 heads. Overall not a good idea.

I found a set of heads with matching cast # & specs with a 1 yr warranty for a good price. Thanks guys.
