35hp johnson year

I just got my first engine and can't figure out what the year of the engine is. The model # is rd-21 and the serial # is 1868650 but I couldn't find information on the internet about this engine. Any help would be appreciated. If you know where I could find a repair manual for this engine as well that would be great. Thanks

You can get a manual right here on iboats. Click on Marine Mega Mall and do a search. There's a Seloc for $29.
