360 degree Stern Light

My thought was did the boat come that way from the factory? I doubt it. Could the bimini have been put on afterwards?

If it were me I would check with the manufacturer to see if mods were made. If not, then they should be responsible for making the boat comply with the law.

I added the bimini this year. The one that was on it before was much shorter and I could only use if I was sitting.

No worries at all Mike, appreciate the response. And after all this and ordering a new 60" light, I went down yesterday to test it out. Worked great and good height. I went to store it and guess what I found tucked under the side of the boat...a nice long stern light (that is actually 2" longer than the new one!) Didn't even know it was tucked under there!!
