Hello Prop Professors!!
I picked up a fiberglass StarCraft American 20 last fall. I was not able to get it into the water do to many "small problems" I encountered going through the vessel.
It is powered with a Mercruiser 165 and a MC-I outdrive.
I removed the prop to see what the diam and pitch is but there were few markings on this Michigan prop. The only thing stamped on it is 380 CUP. I roughly measured the diam and got @ 15".
Could someone tell me something about this prop and what the 380 means. I will most likely get another prop for this boat because this one is pretty dinged up. I would be more interested in a power prop compared to a speed prop.
Any suggestions would be most appreciated!!
