3M 5200 application

I am getting ready to attach hydrotek plywood to the frames of the wooden boat I am building. My question is, will the 3M 5200 ashere to the wood surface if it has epoxy resin or paint applied?

My 380DA fiberglass hull was stripped bare, then coated w/ four - five layers of Petit epoxy, prior to bottom paint.

The thru-hulls and underwater hardware were bonded to the epoxy w/ 5200 and it worked great.

I am using polyester resin and used 5200 to glue down my decking and stringers which had been coated with resin first before bonding
