3m 5200 or liquid nails

I need to glue wood blocks to the bottom of my formica galley table to get the height high enough to sit comfortably.Dont want to use screws because the table is thin.Which is the best to attach a wood block to formica??

Gorilla Glue is great water proof and sold in a small bottle for small jobs
