4.3 cobra oil pressure

i have a 94 4.3 cobra motor and everything was great last year when i put it away but this year i noticed that when the rpm,s get close to 5000 i start to lose oil pressure..... any ideas guys?? i change oil; every year and it has very low hours..

Is it the rpms or engine temp? That is, does the pressure go down as the engine temp rises, or are you comparing pressures with the temp constant? My old Chevy 305 (Chris Craft) idles at about 10 lbs pressure when fully warm, then goes up to about 30 lbs at 2500 rpms. The operating manual says this is normal (checked because I was concerned about the pressure at idle). I would guess your oil pressure at operating speed might be moving downward slightly as the engine gets hot. Do the pressures remain within acceptable ranges according to your manual?
