4.3 Engine Swap. possible??

How is it going guys!!

On my 1989 Seaswirl. I have it running with a 4.3 OMC Cobra.
My buddy is selling me the following engine.
*350 Chevy, has OMC motor mounts good OSCO manifolds and risers. Quadra Jet marine carburetor. Has 180 pounds of compression on all cylinders*

Is this a possible swap where I can just remove it and install the new one to the existing outdrive?

Your gear ratio would be wrong and you will need to move the motor mounts and fabricate new mount boxes, however the swap is done often
