1993 4.3 OMC. Engine Circ pump started dripping water out of the weep hole. Went ahead and bought new pump and gasket. It looks like a pretty easy job (famous last words) - remove hoses, belts, applicable bolts, remove old gasket residue, then replace with new gasket and tighen to spec. Is there any tips or or insight anyone has to share before I tackle this? ANy start up procedure necessary? Thanks...
