The 4.3 is a Chevy block that was used primarily in the S-10 pickups. There are a lot of those engines out there. I would call some junkyards to save some money.

Except all the truck engines used the 168 tooth flywheel!

all i can find is 168 tooth witch is to big to fit in the bellhousing:confused:

Call KEM Equipment in Tualatin, Oregon. They should be able to hook you up.

the flywheel i have is off an older 4.3 ie 2 piece rearmain seal the new 4.3 is a 1 piece rear main seal and the crank bolts r diffrent help:confused::(
