4.3 merc. oil type??

I am about ready to change the oil in my 89 cobalt w/ 4.3L merc. and was wondering what weight of oil to use and how much...I know in a car I'd use 5w-30 but didn't know if it held ture for a marine engine too?? and also is there special "marine" oil or just standard engine oil???Also anyone know of a good place to get a reasonably priced hand pump to pump the oil out??

If anyone had a link or pdf file of the manual for this motor...service manual would be nice...I'd greatly appreciate it.

I use Mercruiser 25-40w or straight 30 wt.....​

Thanks I bought the merc. 25-40 the mechanic told me it would take about 4.5qts. Also bought a pump...$38.75 for a hand pump...WOW...oh well should be the only one I'll ever have to buy.
