4.3 omc engine pop

When I reach near a full or at full throttle Engine will pop(hick-up) what do you suggest?

Do you mean it's pinging? or starving for fuel? cutting out? skipping? Need a better definition / description of "pop (hick-up)[sic]") ...

I would say it's like it mis-fires, or cuts out just for that split second

I had a similar problem and had to replace one of the 50 amp fuse holders due to corrosion inside it. You might take a look at those 2 fuses.

Could be water in the fuel. Ck the water seperator and pour the contents into a pan or jar and see if it's contaminated.

If it hasn't been tuned up, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, timing set, fuel filters, it may be a good start.
