Out running around today. Boat was working great... than we stopped to change people on the tube, and .....nothing. The boat cranked and cranked and cranked. Did not start. Looked under the cowl and low and behold the distributor had one spark plug loose (with a green tag on it). Anyway, plugged it back onto the distributor and still nothing. When we changed out tube riders the person coming onto the boat stood on the cowl over the engine and water was running down onto the distributor area. This is normal, I presume, but the wire being off must have shorted something out? The breaker located next to the distributor was not thrown. Just no spark... ???.. Any advise would be helpful.
