4.3L Cobra Stalls at Half throttle then gets better at WOT

I have a 1992 Cobra 4.3L and wondering what it may be that is causing it to Bogg way down right at half throttle, then be fine if i continue past it and go to WOT? It runs ok at WOT but still misses, it misses so bad at Half throttle that it barely keeps moving. It boggs enough to bring the engine down to about 1200 rpm and it is really running rough.

Any Ideas? FUel? ESA? POS?

Carb rebuild - but that doesn't mean that fuel, ESA etc are perfect.
