anybody familiar with what this squeek is, its intermittant and only at idle around 1200 rpm it seems, first i thought it was belt in front but seems maybe more aft

no squeak . . . a rattle sort of noise though . . . Use a tube or mechanic's stethoscope to isolate where it is coming from.

Turkey in the bilge? JK. Sounds like an idler/tensioner pulley bearing personally (if it has a serpentine system).

im on boat on phone sorry about misposting, it has a serpentine belt wth 5 pulleys

The only way to diagnose it is with a mechanics stethoscope. That is an actual tool, but you can redneck it by using a long screwdriver and pressing the handle up against your ear and the tip on each individual component (alternator, power steering pump, water pump, tensioner pulley, idler pulley.) The noise will come through the shaft of the screwdriver so you can hear it. Harbor Freight sells the actual tool but I don't know anybody that has one as most everybody uses the screwdriver method. Pry bar/long extension/basically anything solid and long enough to reach each component will work. I've seen people use a wooden broom handle.
