I recently purchased a 1990 Sylvan with a 4.3L OMC with a Rochester 4BBL Carb. The Carb is missing the vacuum break cannister and the attaching rod. I have ran the boat once and it sounded good but was only getting 3K rpm's @ WOT. Any reason why the previous owner would have taken these parts off? Also, will I get the recommended r's (4,400-4,600 @ WOT) with these parts replaced on the carb?
