I have taken my 92 Bayliner Maxum 2100SC out twice this year. The first outing my fuel pump went out, I fixed that and our second trip out was going great. I was pulling the kids on the tube for a while with no problems when I was accelerating and the engine started to lose power it seemed like it was missing. I could run it at low rpms but once I try to accelerate it will bog down. Once I got it to the dock and checked everything I could nothing was found out of place or wrong. I can run it in neutral with no problems at high RPMs and after letting it sit I took it back out and was able to accelerate just fine for the first 10 minutes before it started happening again. I am at a loss any help would be appreciated.

What is your engine serial number or at least what engine is it and is it carbureted or fuel injected? Basic maintenance items like fuel filter and fuel line inspection taken care of? Any water in fuel? Check antisiphon valve and fuel tank vent?

As noted, next time it does that open the fuel tank filler and see if it sucks air.

Dump the water separator into a clear container, see what you get out of it.

I just emptied the water separator filter into a clear container and I am not seeing any water in the fuel.

That serial number should have a filter built into the top of the fuel pump. Plus there is a filter on the fuel line inlet to the carburetor.
