I have a 4.3LX with an Alpha 1 genII. While running her with the muffs I noticed a slight noise, low pitched like bearings rubbing. I had just tightened up the power steering belt so I thought it was the pump bearing, but I loosened the belt and the sound was still there. I took it out on the water and it seems that there may be a slight vibration too. I'm now looking at the stern drive. How do you grease these units? It looks like there is a zirk on the shaft exiting the motor. Are there other places that need to be greased? Thanks in advance for your help.
