I soaked, cleaned and blew carb. What it a good starting point for slow & high speed carb settings? It starts for a second with full choke then dies, will not run for any time with choke or no choke. Fuel is getting to bowl all is clean inside. I started with 3/4 out on both and messed with them for some time, nothing helps.

3/4 on the lower one (high speed), 1 1/2 on the upper (slow speed). If you can't keep it running long enough to fine tune it from there, something else is probably wrong with it. Most carburetor trouble....isn't.

It sure seems like a fuel related issue. Fuel pump is pumping and primer bulb is hard. What else can I look for ?

No rebuilt kit, pick up tube is super clean though - the holes are pretty big on this one.

Idle circuit sounds plugged, get a kit, remove all plugs, reclean and put the kit in.
