The green wire (attached to the large solenoid terminal with the battery in cable) goes to the "battery" switch on the ignition. The gray wire on the small terminal next to the large battery cable terminal, goes to the "start" switch. The other gray wire (on the other small solenoid terminal) goes to ground on the engine block.
