40 Mercury Trim and Tilt Goes up but wont come down.

Ok I had an unfortunate boating incident yesterday where I took on quite a bit of water on in my boat. my battery Got completely submerged. I made it through the crisis but now my power trim goes up but wont come down. When i hit the switch the relay clicks but nothing happens. I tried switching the relays but the problem did not reverse. Any help would be appreciated. The Trim and tilt is a CMC unit.

Mine did the same thing,even though the soliniod clicked,she wouldnt move,just replace both.There only like $20 each.
