40hp Johnson RDSL-23: Losing Power

Hi,
Firstly, can anyone supply me with a internet internet source to get a workshop manual for 40hp 40hp RDSL23 RDSL-23?
Second, I got my boat out, warmed it up in the dock 5minutes about 5minutes, took off great, accelerated up on to the plan. ran 10 about 10 minutes. slowed down, tried to accelerate again and although it got wasnt it wasn't planning. i checked for weeds, tried again this time ploughing worse ploughing. Ring any bells?
Third, I want to change my plug leads, condenser, and points. can anyone supply correct part numbers and gaps for all?

That's a 1961 model 40 HP. Fuel mix is 24:1. I would check the fuel tank vent and make sure it's open and clear. You can get a tune up kit at the link below. Point gap is .020. Plug gap is .030. Plugs are Champion J4C. Not sure on the wires....

I have this motor...so any questions look up in forums...

...can't get outboard to WOT. I did everything in there for this motor.

Thanks, I've just waded through you informative and entertaining thread, i hope you will not be leaving it there.
Did yours ever run WOT? as i said previously mine is ok for about ten minutes then degregates, i was thinking something electrical, like the condensor? they can act up when they get hot i think.
