40hp lower unit torque specs

Hi
I need the torque specs for a 93 40hp lower unit mounting bolts.
The manual I have dosn't have any kind of torque specs, just says tighten fasteners.
They are 9/16 bolts.

The chart in my Clymer manual, page 489, says 23 ft lbs, for the 40hp 92-93-94 model years.

The manual I got is one of those cheap ebay cd's
