saw this on ebay, the fan engine (11 hp honda with alternator, to work lights) swivels controlled from the bow.

That is probably for bowfishing in the shallows. That boat can travel in 2-3 inches of water. Almost mud. Controlled from the bow so the bowfisherman can control it and "hunt" at the same time.
