470 Alt Conversion, relocating expansion tank

Finally pulled the trigger on the breezeworks conversion, I'll be installing it next week. I opted for the low mount kit, just because that seems to be what the cool kids use, and for some reason the alternator just looks like it belongs lower. However, that means I'll need to relocate my coolant expansion tank.
1) Is there a convenient point on the engine to use?
2) What size hoses does the tank use? I want to have all supplies on hand before I start (and am not near the boat at the moment).

Mike,
Move the tank whever you have room. I believe it needs to be lower than the antifreeze reservoir. I think the hose is 1/4" ID.

Thanks. I'll probably locate it near my trim pump somewhere, though that will make it tough to get at. I'll pick up a length of 1/4" hose before I go.
