Whats the factory compression ratio on this engine? mine is a 1982.

Howdy,

did you have a look at the "Adults only" Sticky above?

That info should be in the respective service manual there.

It'll be a XXX.PDF file that you'll need to download. (right-click, save-as) files sizes are up to about 1.3GB so you'll need to have cable or DSL. for the larger files. A dialup connection will take a long time if it doesn't disconnect...

In the neighborhood of 160. All 4 should be within 10% but can be lower than 160 and still be solid.

I think the service manual specs the compression for this motor at 150 psi.

Compression Ratio is 8.8:1,Cylinder pressure is 150lbs.
