470 - Oil Pump Alignment ?

Hi All, Im rebuilding my 470 and dont have this alignment tool.

Is there any other way to install the pump and ensure alignment ?

Thanks Scott, I read that already but dont have the facility to make that tool.

I read that the distributor shaft could be used just as well as the tool - is that correct ?

install the dist first, then install and tighten the oil pump bolt

I left the oil pump installed on loose bolts, then inserted the dist, then torqued the oil pump fasteners. That way the oil pump was free to move as the dist was inserted.
