Update,
Parts from Chris's link showed up about an hour ago. They came with new hardware and gaskets. The quality seems to be acceptable but the packaging was horrible. They somehow made it in one piece without damage.
I'd deem them acceptable to purchase manifolds from forthose in the market for one...or two in my case

if they came via UPS or FedEx, there will be tire tracks on the package, and scuff marks where they kicked it up your sidewalk
