I had a guy check out my motor and found the lower unit to be locked up. The motor would not<br />turn over until the lower unit was taken off. He <br />showed me this. He could barely turn the shaft<br />in the lower unit with vice grips. He told me <br />850.00 to 1200.00 for him to fix it. My question is, if I take this apart, can I replace just the bad parts? <br /><br />thanks
