I have a 1986? Evinrude 4HP that is over heating. First thing I did was pull head to see if water jacket was clean, it was. The motor is pumping water but it gets to hot then turns to steam. Want to pull water pump but can't figure out how to disconnect shift shaft so I can drop lower unit???
