4hp Nissan marine smoking after oil change

Is it normal that this is happening it does it when I rev it up and I remember it doing this last time I chaned the oil..?

I'm not an expert but that doesn't sound normal to me. I would check to make sure that you have not overfilled the engine with oil. Even a little bit of extra oil can be a problem.

could be to thin of an oil also in addition to to much oil.

it is not over filled but it has stopped smoking i believe it was cause by the engine being on its side
