Still trying to figure this out. Seas have to be radical enough to make this happen. Motor doesn't completely shut down, but will misfire, when the boat gets vertical. Have eliminated sucking air as a possibility. Can water in exhaust run back to the engine? Water separator isn't picking up much. Can the fuel and water be shaken up so much, that the filter can't separate this emmulsion? Sounds like it's dropping a couple cylinders when this happens, and will recover immediately without dying.
