I have a ol703167 and ol822767 twin drive. Starboard motor injectors are not spraying. Turn key get beep and can hear fuel pump run. Have pressure at throttle body when l loosen fitting. Other motor runs fine. I'm not a macanic. Are there a some keep it simple steps I can start with that would keep the jets off ? Thanks

Has this ever happened to anyone. Any help would be much appreciated. Dad just had his 85th b-day last Tuesday. I would like to take him out this weekend.

The injectors are "batch fired" meaning both fire at the same time/ width/ pulse rate There is a post on one of the boards with the same issue. Temporarily solved by splicing the wires together so both injectors fire

Howdy

Sure do like the serial numbers, the only issue is the numbers you gave are for 1998 and up Alpha 1 Gen II outdrives. Could sure use the motor serial numbers or at least the year and which size.

There are very few real simple things to fix this kind of thing, but start by removing the connector from the injector and look for corrosion.
When you crank the motor does the tachometer move up to 200 rpm or so?
Pour about an ounce of gas down the TB and see if it starts for a second

To check pressure you need to get a gauge in line with the TB P/N 91-806901

Or go to a junkyard and remove 2 of the GM pressure lines 1 has the fitting for the TB the other has the test port and the other fitting .just need some clamps to put the 2 lines together and a coupling
