5.0 to5.7 conversion

How difficult will this be, since this 5.0 motor year 2000 is fuel injected. Will everything be a plug and play?

Not that much info to relay. Bone stock 2000 305 merc fuelly. Can I bolt all the 305 stuff onto a 350 long block? The ECM is my main concern.
