you will need an entire re fit.....transom stringers....deck foam, (yes u need foam in that hull)
in about a month, i will de doing a complete re fit of the exact same boat. you can follow it in the restoration sub form here at i boats

Agreed. I bought two 91 Bayliners within days of each other. 1st one I paid 100 dollars for it and sold it 4 days later for 1300. The other I paid 600 bucks for it, installed a new engine and sold it for 3400. I love the lines of the 1990-1992 Capris...
