I have a 5 1/2 Johnson SeaHorse Model CD-11 Serial #1131292 and do not know what year it is, What the plug Gap is, and what it is worth. It does run on the first pull. I just used it for a week at the lakes. Any info on this motor would be helpful. Thanks

Jason :)

Welcome to the board fastbackgt67,
Your motor ia a 1954 model. I'm not sure about the plug gap or value of a motor this old.

your 54 sea horse needs a Champion J6 or J4 plug, or equivalent, gapped at .030. Its worth whatever the buyer will pay...really. these sell on ebay for $50 to $250 depending on condition. Yours runs,so if you need a small motor tune it and keep it...can't replace it with a new one for less than $800 to $1000. a bird in the hand.
