AAHH!! Winter has finally came here to the eastern sierra. The ski mountain picked up 3-5 feet of fluffy white stuff with more coming down and on the way as I type. In town and out by the lake we got two feet plus. Enjoying the powder and looking forward to the start of the snow ski season. Makes me think and wonder though about the good days this summer out on the lake and with it looking more like a ice skating rink now more than anything wonder if I can live vicariously through some of you folks out there still on the water. Don't get me wrong love the snow and got the snowmobile up and ready to go but sure do miss those bikinis on the bow and beers in the cooler. Can anyone out there help me out. Looking for some latest stories or photos. Thanks again and until summer gets here keep praying for snow.

Funny..I miss my homestate Cali all the time...But I suffer through these harsh Florida winters all the same..;)
Here's a pic of Nov 12th out on the river, about 20 mins from my house.

Thanks for the photo. Beautiful sunset. Was up on the hill skiing today looking down valley at the frozen lake. Sad times. I guess this time of year not really too many places to get out there and be warm on the water.
