You may be able to find part numbers at sears.Certified parts corp for parts.
You may be able to find a kit at a small engine shop.It uses a Tecumseh powerhead with a Tecumseh carb.You probably should bring the carb with you.If this has been a faithful performer or has sentimental value go to it.
If it has been out of action for years try to fix up with as little as possible.
They Have a reputation for being heart breakers.
