50 HP Force bogs down at full throttle

I have a 50 hp Force on a 14' maxum. It is an '87. I have replaced the entire ignition system...Stator, power packs, spark plugs, etc. because it wouldn't run at all. It runs now...in fact, purrs like a kitten. However, it will not operate at full throttle while in gear. When I first shift into gear, and gradually accellerate, it operates normally. But when I get it to full throttle, instead of reaching the highest RPM, it bogs down like it's flooding. When in neutral I can manually operate the butterfly valve and reach a much higher RPM than when under a strain.

It isn't missing on any cylinders, and seems like it has good compression. I do have a compression gauge that I can untilize if need be, but I really don't think it is a compression issue.

I have not rebuilt the carb yet, but I did dis-assemble the lower unit. I checked the shaft and it didn't seem to be bent. The bearings seemed all to operate well, but I wil replace them anyway, as well as all the seals.

I have spent a couple days reading on this forum, but I couldn't find another topic with the same symptoms.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Check to see if you have the right pitch prop.
