Water had got into my electric motor on my tilt and trim and corroded the wiring pretty bad inside the motor and it wouldn't run, so i took it off and took the motor apart and cleaned it all up and got it to running, i was wondering what do you usually use to seal the motor case with when you put the motor back together that's real good so no water will get in the motor ?

I am sure that they make some special sealer, but I just apply a good layer of clear silacone, has always worked for me.

Silicone seal is not the best thing to use. It has a tendency to shed debris and debris in a trim system can cause failure. If both gasket faces are far removed from fluid the silseal is fine ... but ... if the is any hydraulic oil or fluid anywhere close then do not use silicone seal or any other matewrial that "sheds". Most motor gaskets can be gotten from a dealer for just $1 or so. If not, then try cutting it from a sheet of 1/32" cork.buna blend,
