If I recall... and I cant find it anymore, during my research, there was a site that stated the Fuel Foot Valve and Fuel Line had some sort of "check disc valve" inside of it???

And if its properly operating you should be able to shake the fuel foot valve and line and hear it rattle?

Mine was a little gunky, and I soaked it in some "Krud Kutter" for several house and rinsed with warm water and vinegar...

However, I do not hear anything rattling...
Should I soak it in some paint thinner I have?

Yeah keep soaking it. You need to hear it rattle. Might need to mechanically free it up with a small pin or whatever you have.

I have some marine "carb cleaner"... 1 gallon, Napa.. with a little parts basket... can I soak it in that for good time?

Yes, that would be ideal. If you can poke it loose first, it would save soaking time.

I soaked it, and poked it and it seem to be rattling...

I used a safety pin and poked a small hole and just kind of pushed it around...

Sounded like it came loose... but am soaking it thoroughly jus to make sure I get all the crud...

thanks guys...
