Have just replaced the impeller as per the instructions, and spits water fine. when we get the boat going everything is great, and after a few minutes, water turns to steam, and engine starts to get hot. I dont think there is a therm-stat, and the screen is clean. Is there anything else I could do to try and fix this? And is there a place besides ebay, that might have parts for this year, model 4447? Thanks in advance......

iboats (here) will have parts too.

You may have a restriction, or the water tube did not get connected properly. I would check the water tube first. The lower unit is easy to drop on that engine.

Let us know what you find.
