My buddy lost his trailer at about 70 mph--I wasn't along that day, so it's not my fault! Anyway, the impact broke a few things (no kidding) on his 1956 15 HP Fastwin, including the transom mounting bracket. Can anyone tell me what other years and motors would have had the same bracket and would be usable on this? We'd like to get the old girl going again, and I think the damge is all external parts, so he was lucky. We also need the gear that goes at the bottom of the vertical shaft on the throttle control linkage.

Thanks!

Hi, Bill.

Look up Twin City Outboard. They have everything.

Thanks, JB--Any idea what the crossover application would be on this part, as to what other models and years would be usable?

Hi Bill,
Pretty much any of the clamp bracket assemblies from about 1955 (15hp) to the mid 1960s (18hp) will work. The clamps off a 1955-1957 10hp will also work. Later 18-25hp clamps should work, but I'm not 100% certain...
I'm sure I've got some hanging on the wall somwhere if you can't track them down at TC...
- Scott
