tune up info if anyone knows this motor is it 12 volt system ? mixture? oils etc... Its been sitting since 2005. I changed plugs, cleaned sediment bowl etc. Thanks

The starter (and generator, if it has one) is 12V. The igniton system is a self-powered magneto.

Fuel mix is 24:1, TCW-3 outboard oil, regular unleaded gas.

Thanks, If you have any suggestions or knowledge of things to do prior to firing. I have changed plugs, cleaned sediment bowl, replaced bad battery cables. Thanks again, tim

Check compression before dumping any money into it. If good, then proceed. Put in a new water pump impeller. Maybe a carb clean/rebuild if you have no history on the motor. Check spark. And change the gear oil in the lower unit.
